Duncan Aviation's new Provo facility opens at the beginning of next year and the company is prioritising its customer service appointments in order to ensure clients are well looked after from the get-go.
Russ Haugen joins Duncan Aviation's Provo facility as customer service manager.

Several current Duncan Aviation team members have taken on new responsibilities within the customer service team. In advance of the January 2019 opening of its new hangar at the facility in Provo, Utah, the company has appointed a new customer service manager, Russ Haugen.

At the Lincoln facility, company veteran Will Morris becomes assistant manager for customer service and is joined by new project manager billing assistant Jennifer Scotter.

Duncan Aviation team members know from the day they start at our company that opportunities for career advancement abound,” says vice president of customer service Doug Alleman. “The company hires new team members with the skills we need and offers training and internal promotions to current team members as often as possible. As Duncan Aviation expands its facility in Provo there are numerous career opportunities for both current and future team members.”

Haugen began his career at Duncan Aviation in 1992 as a sheet metal technician in the avionics install shop. After several years he transitioned to the turbine engine shop, taking on the responsibilities of team leader a short time later. In 2008 he joined customer service as a project manager and became assistant manager in 2016.

Kansas State University graduate Morris joined the company in 1999 as an avionics installation technician. After serving as team leader for several years he transitioned to project manager in 2008. Scotter began her Duncan Aviation career in 2011 in the upholstery shop and is currently working towards a degree in project management.
