New Flight Charters awarded ARGUS Registered Broker rating
Of all the air charter broker companies in the US, only 22 carry an ARGUS Registered or Certified rating. The latest to join the club is New Flight Charters of Wyoming.

Jackson, Wyoming-based brokerage New Flight Charters has been awarded the ARGUS Registered Charter Broker rating. The rating puts New Flight Charters in elite company; the company reckons that of the estimated 380 charter broker companies in the US just 22 carry an ARGUS Registered or Certified rating.

In the absence of FAA certification, DOT registration or formal licensing of air charter brokers, the ARGUS broker ratings provide an independent proof of compliance with industry best practices and requirements. The programme confirms that a charter broker is a legitimate business entity, understands and adheres to industry best practices and is committed to the utmost in safety and service-oriented charter operations. This all translates into the confidence that charter customers and charter operators are looking for in an air charter broker.

The ARGUS Charter Broker programme is the only charter broker ratings programme endorsed by BACA - the Air Charter Association. New Flight Charters is an approved BACA member, and has also been a member of the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) since 2009. Of the ARGUS programme, ACSF chairman Dave Hewitt says: “For many years, those of us familiar with the air charter industry have recognised that there is a significant variance in the overall quality, qualifications, business integrity and financial resources of air charter brokers. ACSF believes that brokers can serve an important role in the air charter industry on behalf of both clients and operators. We fully support programmes such as those created by ARGUS and other reputable organisations that set and validate standards to help separate quality brokers from others.”
