Air Elite expands network in Alaska and Greece
Two new members have joined a global network of 72 independently owned FBOs; one of them is the first Alaskan company to sign up.
Great Circle Flight Services has been offering FBO services at Ted Stevens Anchorage International airport since 2005.

Alaska's Great Circle Flight Services (GCFS) and JetSet Services in Athens have joined World Fuel Services' Air Elite Network. GCFS is a Ross Aviation FBO located at Ted Stevens Anchorage International airport. Since it opened in 2005 it has built a reputation for providing service to large business aircraft travelling between financial centres in the United States and Asia. Ross Aviation COO Cy Farmer comments: “As the first Air Elite member in Alaska, we are honoured to have been accepted into the network and are looking forward to making the most of its many benefits. We have always prided ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and we know we will be enhancing our service standards even more thanks to the 'Ritz-Carlton' training that is provided to Air Elite members.”

JetSet Services is based at Athens International airport and supports flights across 20 other main airports in Greece. It offers bespoke VIP and handling services as well as 24-hour operational assistance, airport lot coordination, PPRs and landing permits.

Managing director John Stergiopoulos says: “The Air Elite Network fosters an excellent standard of service for customers and it is a pleasure to be part of this group, having been recognised by World Fuel Services and the network as a quality provider. We look forward to bringing a VIP and bespoke experience to Air Elite's business aviation customers and offering them a level of care they would not receive outside of the network.”

Air Elite board member and SVP, business aviation bulk fuel sales at World Fuel Services Steve Drzymalla adds: “We continually strive to find exceptional FBOs to enhance the network. JetSet Services and GCFS are a clear fit based on their elevated service philosophies and well-appointed facilities. Our mission is to provide business aircraft operators with consistent, elevated service at extraordinary locations, wherever they fly around the world. They will get personalised services unique to their wants and needs. We look forward to delivering the Diamond Difference in Greece and Alaska.”
