Germany's Atlas Air Service has recently signed a contract to manage a Phenom 300, which is now available for charter. "Interest is constantly growing, and we are very satisfied with the results," says sales director Hans Doll. "The portfolio of Embraer offers a great variety of business jets for every requirement."

Marketing manager Irena Mamic adds: "We are also delighted that we will soon receive the first factory-new Phenom 300E in Europe which will be ferried from Melbourne in Florida and handed over to its new Berlin-based owner next month, and we recently delivered a Legacy 450 to a private client as well. As a central European operator, we are facing strong competition in our region. Operating newer aircraft and focusing on local clients is the basis for our solid market position."

The company is offering a comprehensive management sol-ution for the Phenom 300 and handling of all aspects of flight operations. "We have great confidence in its performance, and we are happy that the Phenom 300 is so well respected in the market," adds Mamic.

Atlas is an authorised sales representative for the Embraer Executive Jets product line in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It also provides maintenance and repair for Embraer at three authorised service facilities in Bremen, Paderborn and Augsburg through sister company Augsburg Air Service, as well as aircraft management and operations. It has been in business for 45 years and employs 250 staff. Having sold 12 business aircraft last year, the company says it has a market share of 75 per cent in its category.
