The newly opened facility will serve as the global production hub, helping Regent to fulfil its growing commercial order book across six continents and support the company's growing defence business.

The vessel operates in three modes, float, foil and fly, starting on its hull at low speed, transitioning to hydrofoils once clear of the dock and then taking flight within one wingspan of the water's surface.

The funding combines equity and debt investment as Regent Craft moves from prototype development toward full-scale Seaglider production.
