Lloyd’s Register will provide Regent with seaglider certification in support of international flag state administrations, and advisory services through the maritime certification process with the US Coast Guard.

The $300m deal will provide financing solutions for seagliders. Monte will offer Regent customers operating and finance leases, along with infrastructure financing to facilitate seaglider operations.
