Network to fill empty seats launched
Former RAF and private jet pilot Adam Twidell has launched a network that he says will help fill the seats of the 700 private jets in Europe that are flying empty.

Former RAF and private jet pilot Adam Twidell has launched a network that he says will help fill the seats of the 700 private jets in Europe that are flying empty.

PrivateFly.com is inviting more than 900 operators to sign up to a service designed to bring them together with potential passengers for the 40 per cent of private jets on empty positioning flights.

"A great amount of interest has been generated by the email that I sent to every operator in Europe and the Middle East. Out of the 900 only one has chosen not to be registered with PrivateFly," says Twidell. "There's a great deal of spare capacity in business aviation and we are refining a feedback channel."
