KLM Jet Center enhances FBO user services
KLM Jet Center, the FBO operator based in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, is upgrading its business software to enhance and speed up its services to corporate and private aviation clients.

KLM Jet Center, the FBO operator based in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, is upgrading its business software to enhance and speed up its services to corporate and private aviation clients.

Edwin Niemoeller, financial controller and IT manager, says: "Upgrading the business software to FBO One will increase our flexibility and responsiveness as our previous IT systems were only focused on pure data registration. They did not integrate Jet Center's network of FBO locations and required manual paperwork between back office and front office. Proper management reporting involved a great deal of manual effort and customer relationship management was not available in the previous systems."

Nicolle Dellaert, business unit manager, says that KLM Jet Center wished to further improve on the service level provided to the rapidly growing market of business aviation in both Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
