Switzerland's Travico and Business Jet Associates have joined forces to market a new all-round aircraft management software package to the private aircraft sector.

Travico's sales and marketing executive Stefano Costi says: "The package has been tailored to meet all the requirements of aircraft operators and brokers and we are focusing especially on European business aviation."

BizFlight.NET has been developed with Visual Basic.NET and data is stored in SQL Server 2000.

"The open architecture and platform offers more flexibility can be used by any operator in any country," Costi says.

He says the package covers the full range of administration from quoting and management to order processing and automatic route generation during quoting and mapping

and scheduling. Crew licensing management and duty time control and flight and post-flight logs are other aspects covered as well as multi-lingual correspondence and alerting systems.
