Jet Options, a new charter operator flying out of Dublin and Birmingham, has ambitious plans to expand

its fleet.

Pete Lynch Williams, head of development, says: "Our plans include the addition to the fleet of up to three Citation IIs and Vs over the next two years with the first of these to arrive within six months."

Jet Options already operates a Citation II, a Cessna 340 and several air taxi Senecas.

Lynch Williams says:"Essentially we are based at both BHX and Dublin Weston and plan to concentrate - certainly in the short term - on the Citation II routes around western Europe and Ireland, where we already have a significant client base.

"We are also planning to offer very competitive preferential rates to brokers wishing to operate flights from airports in the south-east."

Jet Options is in discussions with owners in the UK and Ireland over the management of aircraft.

Colin Campbell, md, says: "We have extensive experience of this and existing infrastructure and expertise. It seems sensible to expand the business widthways to offer both new and existing clients a comprehensive management, maintenance and operations facility."

Jet Options is supporting England cricketer Graeme Hick in his testimonial year with Worcestershire by offering an auction prize of a free return flight for six to an exclusive golf day at the Ryder Cup in County Koldare, Ireland from 22 to 24 September.
