Citation is a stella choice for Dutch operator
Stella Aviation has acquired a Cessna 501, which it plans to operate predominantly for business trips rather than charter flights. The aircraft's owner will in most instances pilot the aeroplane, as it is certified for single pilot operations. The Citation operates from Teuge airport, Ehte, which is located in the middle of the Netherlands.

The Citation operates from Teuge airport, Ehte, which is located in the middle of the Netherlands.

The company already operates light singles, a Piper Seneca and a Piper Seminole, but it could not confirm whether it plans to acquire any further aeroplanes. "It depends on what the future holds, and the economy," commented quality manager Peter Bekker.

In addition to operating charter services, Stella Aviation has a maintenance facility and a flight academy, which offers ATPL training.
