His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, chairman of Amiri Flight Abu Dhabi, and August Henningsen, chairman of the executive board of Lufthansa Technik, have signed an MoU laying out the foundation for investigating a potential partnership in maintaining and supporting vip and executive aircraft and their owners and operators in the Middle East.

The partners say they have identified a business opportunity in establishing a one-stop, dedicated vip aviation entity at Abu Dhabi International Airport. It will offer the complete range of services for vip and executive aircraft, including FBO services, fueling, ground handling and interior refurbishment.
