German air ambulance operator FAI rent-a-jet set a new record for its aircraft utilisation in August. A Learjet 55 spent more than 212 hours in the air – the equivalent of 27 flying days – and only four non-flying days while the aircraft was undergoing maintenance. FAI also operates two Citations and LR35As.
