April Wood has joined Jetcraft as sales director for its US Midwest territory, strengthening the company’s presence in one of the country’s key business aviation markets.
Wood brings more than two decades of private aviation sales experience to Jetcraft, having previously held senior positions at NetJets and Executive Jet Management. Her background includes advising aircraft owners and businesses on complex operational and ownership requirements.
Jetcraft president Chad Anderson says: “Demand in the US continues to grow, particularly following the reintroduction of 100 per cent bonus depreciation, and we’re further investing in our presence on the ground. The Midwest is an important market, with a strong base of business aviation users and owners. April brings deep industry experience, strong knowledge of the region and a client-first approach that will further strengthen the advice and access we provide to clients there.”
Based in Columbus, Ohio, Wood will advise clients across the region on aircraft acquisitions and sales. Her background also gives her insight into the operational and financial considerations that can influence an aircraft decision throughout the ownership lifecycle.
Chris Hollingsworth, regional vice president of US sales at Jetcraft, says: “April has built her career around understanding what clients need and finding the right solution, even in intricate deals. That combination of technical knowledge, commercial experience and a highly client-focused approach makes her a natural fit for Jetcraft and a strong addition to our US team.”
Wood’s appointment continues Jetcraft’s expansion of its US sales organisation, following the appointments of Matt Pfaeffli, Jeremi Austin, Ricky Gioconda and Philip Baer as sales directors in 2025. The expanded team increases Jetcraft’s local market coverage across the US.
