Atlantic Aviation has rolled out Atlantic Ascend, its customer rewards programme, across its entire US FBO network. The scheme is designed to help aircraft operators reduce operating costs through fuel savings and service fee rebates.
Following an initial rollout earlier this year, Atlantic used customer feedback and operational insights to refine programme processes and build out its supporting infrastructure before extending Ascend nationwide and accelerating enrolment.
John Redcay, chief commercial officer of Atlantic Aviation, says: “Atlantic Ascend represents a long-term investment in helping our customers create more value from the flying they already do. We took a thoughtful approach to the programme’s development, using the initial rollout period to validate processes, refine the customer experience and ensure the programme could scale effectively across our network. We’re excited to expand Ascend more broadly and bring these benefits to operators across the country.”
Built for business aviation operators, flight departments, charter operators and aircraft owners, Ascend offers two core benefits: non-negotiated Jet A pricing across Atlantic’s network and quarterly rebates worth up to 15% on service fees paid at any Atlantic location. Unlike points-based rewards schemes, savings are tied directly to customer activity and delivered automatically.
Redcay adds: “Atlantic Awards and Atlantic Ascend serve two different audiences, but they share the same philosophy. Atlantic Awards rewards individual pilots, while Ascend was built for the organisations behind the flying. Flight departments, charter operators, management companies and aircraft owners have a way to earn meaningful savings across their entire operation.”
The programme is free to join and requires no contract, with Atlantic positioning it as a way for operators to gain predictable value as their relationship with the company grows.
