Shearer sure to build customer relations at KCAC
John Shearer brings extensive technical expertise and a customer-first approach to his new position. He holds both Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) and Inspection Authorization (IA) certifications.
John Shearer has a customer service mindset.

KCAC Aviation has added John Shearer as the company's new customer liaison. In this role, Shearer serves as the primary point of contact for customers following the delivery of their aircraft, helping them navigate any maintenance and service needs while ensuring a seamless ownership experience.

KCAC Aviation is an authorised dealer and service centre for both Pilatus Aircraft and Piper Aircraft. Headquartered at Johnson County Executive airport in Olathe, Kansas, the company provides aircraft sales, charter, maintenance, avionics, aircraft management and FBO services.

Shearer brings extensive technical expertise and a customer-first approach to his new position. He holds both Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) and Inspection Authorization (IA) certifications and began his aviation career in 2004 as an airframe mechanic in the US Marine Corps. His experience with Skytech and Pilatus Aircraft has provided him with a strong background in aircraft maintenance, technical support and customer service for both Pilatus and Piper aircraft.

“John's technical background and dedication to customer service make him an outstanding addition to our team,” says Preston Estes, director of maintenance. “His industry knowledge, professionalism and commitment to building strong relationships will be a tremendous asset to both our customers and our organisation.”

As customer liaison, Shearer works closely with aircraft owners after delivery to coordinate maintenance visits, communicate service recommendations, answer questions and ensure every maintenance experience reflects the high level of service customers expect from KCAC Aviation.

“At KCAC Aviation, our commitment to our customers extends well beyond the delivery of their aircraft,” concludes Tony Mateer, general manager of KCAC Aviation. “John's technical expertise and customer service mindset strengthen our ability to provide exceptional support throughout the ownership experience. We're excited to have him on our team and know our customers will benefit from his technical insight and customer-first approach.”
