The enhanced leadership structure strengthens Elliott Aviation's ability to support customers across its growing portfolio of maintenance, paint and interior services while enabling continued focus on growth.
Meghan Welch is a dab hand when it comes to paint.

Elliott Aviation, a US provider of business aviation services, has promoted Meghan Welch to vice president of sales, paint, interior and maintenance, effective immediately.

In this expanded leadership role, Welch will continue to lead Elliott Aviation's paint and interior sales team while assuming responsibility for the company's maintenance sales organisation. She will continue reporting to Bill Forbes, senior vice president of avionics, who oversees Elliott Aviation's overall sales organisation.

Welch's promotion reflects her proven leadership, commitment to customer success and strong track record of delivering results. The enhanced leadership structure strengthens Elliott Aviation's ability to support customers across its growing portfolio of maintenance, paint and interior services while enabling continued focus on strategic growth initiatives throughout the company.

“Meghan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, a deep commitment to our customers and the ability to drive meaningful results,” says Michael Parrish, president and CEO of Elliott Aviation. “Her contributions have been instrumental to the growth and success of our paint and interior business, and we are confident that her expanded leadership over our maintenance sales team will help us continue delivering outstanding service and value to our customers. Meghan's ability to build strong relationships, lead high-performing teams and execute our growth strategy makes her exceptionally well-suited for this role.”

Since joining Elliott Aviation, Welch has played a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding sales opportunities and supporting the company's reputation for delivering industry-leading aircraft maintenance, paint and interior refurbishment services. In her new position, she will take on greater responsibility in executive and strategic business discussions while helping drive continued growth across multiple service lines.

“I am honoured by the opportunity to take on this expanded role and continue serving our customers and team members,” she says. “Elliott Aviation has built an incredible reputation for quality, service and expertise, and I look forward to working with our talented teams to further strengthen our customer partnerships and support the company's continued growth.”

Welch's promotion is part of Elliott Aviation's ongoing commitment to building leadership talent and positioning the organisation for long-term success across its maintenance, avionics, paint and interior service offerings.
