Following the acquisition of Privaira Private Aviation in November 2025, the company is now officially a part of TLC Jet, supported by TLC Aviation. This strategic acquisition expands TLC Jet’s capabilities in private jet charter, aircraft management and aviation support services.

“Where TLC Jet was previously a charter-focused entity, we now inherit Privaira’s aircraft management and FAA Part 135 charter and brokerage certificate, allowing us to fully support our clientele in charter, management, maintenance, and beyond,” says founder and president Justin Firestone.

As part of this transition, Privaira Private Aviation’s charter services will operate under the TLC Jet brand and for continuity, flight operations will continue to be conducted by Sky One Holdings dba Privaira, an FAA Part 135 certificated air carrier. Privaira clients will also gain access to exclusive TLC benefits, including a partnership with the American Airlines AAdvantage programme.

As the merger commences, all flight operations will remain unchanged to ensure existing TLC Jet and Privaira Private Aviation clients continue to experience the premier service they’re accustomed to.
