Elliott Aviation has launched a programme designed to complete aircraft pre-buy evaluations in as few as five days, providing aircraft brokers and their clients with a faster path from agreement to closing.
The initiative addresses one of the key pressure points in aircraft transactions, where lengthy evaluation timelines can slow deal momentum, introduce uncertainty and increase the risk of missed opportunities. By streamlining workflows, prioritising scheduling and aligning internal teams, Elliott aims to keep transactions moving at the pace today's market demands.
Meghan Welch, director of paint and interior sales at Elliott, says: “Time is one of the most important variables in any aircraft transaction. A fast, well-executed pre-buy evaluation helps maintain momentum, keeps both buyers and sellers aligned, and reduces the window for uncertainty to impact the deal. When you can deliver clear answers quickly, it builds confidence across the board and allows brokers to keep control of the process.”
The five-day programme combines Elliott's maintenance technicians with coordinated evaluation procedures and consistent communication throughout the process, providing brokers with clear findings they can share with clients. Faster evaluations also help preserve deal momentum, reduce exposure to competing offers and create a more predictable transaction experience, while regular communication keeps brokers informed throughout the evaluation.
Owners and buyers can also complete upgrades during the same service event, including avionics enhancements, paint updates, interior refurbishments and Prizm cabin lighting, reducing downtime and improving aircraft value.
Welch adds: “This is not just about doing evaluations faster. It is about giving brokers and their clients a better experience. When you combine speed, transparency and the ability to complete upgrades at the same time, you create a more efficient path forward and a stronger outcome for everyone involved.”
The five-day pre-buy programme is available across applicable aircraft types through Elliott Aviation's US network of facilities.
