Fast Company honours Nimbl for advancing aviation safety
Recognition highlights how integrated safety and procedures software helps operators manage risk and strengthen operational standards.

Nimbl has been named a winner in Fast Company's 2026 World Changing Ideas Awards, an annual programme recognising products and organisations delivering measurable impact across a range of industries.

The business aviation platform was recognised for helping operators improve safety and operational professionalism through an integrated software solution combining safety management, operational procedures and collaboration tools.

Nimbl's platform brings together a customisable safety management system (SMS), digital procedure manuals, reporting tools, performance metrics and team collaboration capabilities within a single environment. The system is designed to help operators identify potential risks, streamline workflows and maintain safety and compliance standards across flight operations.

By centralising safety and operational processes, the platform enables flight departments to respond more quickly to challenges, reduce operational disruptions and support the protection of people and equipment.

This year's World Changing Ideas Awards recognised 191 projects across 14 categories. More than 1,500 entries were reviewed by Fast Company editors and reporters, who assessed submissions on criteria including impact, sustainability, creativity, scalability and societal benefit.

“We are honoured to receive recognition for Nimbl's efforts to make business aviation better and safer,” says Mark Baier, CEO of Nimbl. “This award reflects the relentless focus of Nimbl's team and aviation experts who continuously work to find innovative solutions to better support our clients. It is their ingenuity and hard work that drives our success and helps improve flight safety.”
