Guardian Jet has promoted Dan Gardner, Zach Conover and William Smith to sales director positions, expanding their responsibilities across the company's aircraft brokerage and consulting operations.
Gardner will focus on midsize and large jet sales and acquisitions, serving clients across New England and territories east of the Hudson River. He previously served as director of operations, supporting a record volume of aircraft transactions through deal execution, contract administration, client communication and digital product development.
Before joining Guardian Jet, Gardner spent four years at McKinsey & Company specialising in digital and analytics consulting. He also supports Aviators for Autism and hosts a monthly webinar series for families navigating autism-related challenges.
Conover, based in Chicago, will continue advising turboprop and light jet owners and operators throughout the Midwest. Since joining Guardian Jet as a consultant in 2022, he has worked across the firm's consulting and asset management platforms and contributed to more than 20 aircraft transactions worth approximately $285 million during 2025.
Smith serves clients across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, supporting turboprop and light jet transactions. Since 2023, he has been involved in more than 65 aircraft transactions with a combined value exceeding $500 million and has contributed research and valuation analysis across more than 120 aircraft markets.
The promotions place all three in expanded client-facing roles as Guardian Jet continues supporting aircraft owners and operators across multiple market segments.
