The Jet Agent has appointed Hannah Mills as director of operations and Anders Garbe as sales director and manager of market research, as the US aircraft brokerage firm expands its leadership team following a sharp increase in transaction activity.
The company says aircraft transactions handled by its team increased by approximately 36% during 2025, prompting further investment in sales capability, market intelligence and operational support.
Denise Wilson, founder and president of The Jet Agent, says: “In 2025, the number of aircraft transactions carried out by our team increased by approximately 36%. These appointments ensure we remain well-positioned to meet that heightened demand while maintaining the level of service our clients know and expect. Having held market research and operations focused roles previously, Anders has an in-depth understanding of both our business and the Citation market, while Hannah's broader industry experience strengthens the execution and oversight behind every transaction as we scale.”
Mills takes responsibility for the company's financial systems, transaction operations and internal infrastructure. Her role includes overseeing aircraft transactions from contract through to closing, with the company citing her experience in brokerage operations, accounting and legal administration as supporting its continued growth.
Garbe, who has been with the company since it was founded, now leads aircraft sales and client engagement activities with a particular focus on Citation Mustang, CJ and CJ1/CJ1+ aircraft. A private pilot and the company's first employee, he has also helped develop The Jet Agent's research and valuation capabilities within the entry-level Citation market.
