Duncan Aviation customers will benefit from continued strong service and communication as Matt Lentell steps into the role of customer service manager at Duncan Aviation's MRO facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. He's moving into the role as long-time manager Will Morris transitions to multi-shop project manager. Over the past several months, Lentell and Morris have worked closely, collaborating to ensure a smooth, seamless transition for Duncan Aviation's customers and teams.

Lentell began his career in aviation in 1997 in Duncan Aviation's cabinet shop and has held various roles throughout the company, including positions in engineering and certification services, project management and most recently as a fleet programme manager.

His cross-functional background allows him to help ensure projects run smoothly and customers receive consistent, responsive support throughout their maintenance events and aircraft projects.

“Throughout his time with Duncan Aviation, Matt has gained a solid understanding of our operations that will benefit him and our customers,” says VP customer service Chad Doehring. “From the perspectives gained in all of these roles, he has extensive knowledge of the day-to-day operations here at Duncan Aviation, and he shares an enthusiasm to support our project management team with the goal of strengthening our customer service efforts, helping create a positive experience for our customers through clear communication and dependable follow-through.”

Lentell is married to Kori Lentell, who works at Duncan Aviation as an ODA compliance coordinator, and they have two children.

“I'm honoured to step into the role of customer service manager and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our customers and supporting our teams,” says Lentell. “I've always valued strong relationships, clear communication and follow-through, and I look forward to helping create a positive experience for both our customers and the people I work alongside every day.”
