Premier Air Charter reports 54% annual revenue growth
Growth in corporate and high-net-worth travel demand has driven expansion as the company outlines plans to scale operations and profitability in 2026.
The addition of the PAC CL604 has expanded long-range charter capability.

Premier Air Charter Holdings has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, reporting revenue of approximately $31.9 million, up 54% from $20.8 million in 2024.

The results reflect continued growth in demand for premium on-demand charter access, alongside increased uptake of aircraft management services and tailored travel solutions for corporate and high-net-worth clients.

The company’s performance indicates a broader expansion in operational scale, with revenue growth supporting a strengthening position in the private aviation sector.

Ross Gourdie, president at Premier Air Charter Holdings, says: “This is an exciting time for Premier as the private aviation sector continues to experience strong growth, momentum the company benefited from in 2025. We are focused on expanding our fleet to meet rising demand while continuing to enhance our maintenance and operational infrastructure. These efforts are designed to broaden our geographic reach, increase route availability and support our transition toward sustainable profitability in 2026.”

With the global private jet charter sector estimated at $13.65 billion and forecast to grow at a 7.84% CAGR, Premier is focusing on service quality, operational reliability and fleet flexibility across multiple aircraft classes. Its expanding fleet supports a wider range of destinations and customer requirements.
