Arcadia Jets has added Jeff Berlin to its growing team, reinforcing the company's commitment to strategic expansion and elevated client service in aircraft sales and acquisitions.
As the boutique Phoenix, Arizona-based aircraft sales and acquisitions firm continues to scale, each new addition is made with clear intent: to build a team that delivers the level of expertise, transparency and relationship-driven service that clients deserve. This growth reflects a broader vision of aligning top-tier talent with a trusted global network of industry partners to ensure every client benefits from informed guidance, real-time market insight and seamless execution throughout the transaction process and beyond.
“Every decision we make as a company is centred on strengthening the experience we provide to our clients,” explains Adam Hahn, CEO and owner of Arcadia Jets. “That means surrounding them with professionals who not only understand the market, but who bring a depth of perspective that can't be manufactured. Jeff embodies that standard.”
Jeff Berlin brings a unique combination of real-world flying experience, editorial authority and market perspective to aircraft brokerage. An instrument-rated, multi-engine pilot, he evaluates aircraft through the lens of ownership, focusing on mission alignment, operational efficiency and long-term value.
Berlin previously served as editor of Plane & Pilot and Pilot Journal, and as editor in chief of PilotMag. Throughout his editorial career, he developed a disciplined understanding of aircraft performance from an owner's perspective. His work, both written and visual, has appeared in Flying Magazine, AOPA Pilot and numerous leading aviation publications worldwide.
In parallel, Berlin has collaborated with and advised prominent aviation companies including Garmin Aviation, Cirrus Aircraft, Daher, Avidyne and Wipaire. His involvement in avionics development and integrated flight deck design, particularly with an emphasis on human factors and operational clarity, provides a nuanced understanding of how aircraft are engineered, flown and ultimately valued in today's market.
Jeff Berlin's addition underscores Arcadia Jets' continued investment in building a best-in-class team, one that leverages deep industry relationships, market intelligence and operational expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients worldwide.
