MedevacX launches platform with Moove to streamline evacuations
The digital platform brings sourcing and case management together in one system, reducing delays and replacing fragmented coordination methods across medical evacuation operations.
Real-time tracking provides continuous visibility on mission progress and updates.

MedevacX has launched its medical evacuation platform in Europe, partnering with Moove to introduce a system that combines sourcing and case management within a single operational environment.

The platform responds to rising demand from insurers and assistance providers for faster sourcing and clearer internal workflows. A large-scale testing phase involving European air ambulance operators and insurers highlighted inefficiencies in existing coordination methods, particularly reliance on emails and spreadsheets.

“In medical operations, speed of sourcing and full traceability are critical. Today, much of this value chain still relies on emails and spreadsheets, making coordination and data sharing unnecessarily complex. MedevacX was created to change that,” says Cedric Henriot, founder of Scandic Services.

Rather than acting as a standalone quoting tool, MedevacX has been structured as a full case management system. It enables users to oversee the entire lifecycle of a medical transport case, from initial sourcing through to execution, within a secure platform.

The system replaces disconnected tools and manual processes with a centralised dashboard, allowing users to manage missions, share data securely, monitor case progress in real time and coordinate multiple service providers.

Moove’s technology underpins the platform, providing integration with flight management systems, API connectivity with corporate tools such as Salesforce and infrastructure designed for time-critical aviation operations.

This approach enables users to move from sourcing to execution without switching systems, reducing delays and operational friction. By centralising data, communication and logistics, the platform improves visibility and supports faster decision-making in urgent medical transport scenarios.
