Web Manuals opens in Barcelona as European demand grows
More than 750 aviation organisations worldwide now use the platform, spanning spanning airlines, business aviation, cargo operators, training providers, eVTOL developers and MROs.
Group CEO Martin Lidgard has also relocated to Spain as part of the move to strengthen regional engagement.

Web Manuals is opening a new office in Barcelona, extending its global network to six locations and strengthening its presence in southern Europe.

The company, which already operates from New York, San Diego, Sydney and Singapore, with headquarters in Malmö, Sweden, has seen growing demand across the region. It now supports more than 50 customers in southern Europe, including 15 in Spain.

Group CEO Martin Lidgard has relocated to Spain as part of the move. He says: “Southern Europe has become a strategic growth region for Web Manuals. By establishing a stronger local presence and building a local team here, we are ensuring that we can support our customers more closely, respond faster to their needs and continue building long-term partnerships in the region.”

The Barcelona office is located within the city’s innovation district, placing the company alongside technology firms, research centres and universities.
