Tecnam and Cenfortec have formed a partnership aimed at strengthening the connection between aviation training and the workforce.

Cenfortec, founded in Portugal in 2011, trains more than 300 students and has developed a strong reputation in aircraft maintenance education. Through the agreement, students gain exposure to an original equipment manufacturer environment, supporting a clearer pathway into the aviation industry.

The collaboration focuses on bridging the gap between classroom learning and operational requirements. It increases internship opportunities and supports practical experience, helping students develop skills aligned with current industry needs.

The partnership also supports continued development of Cenfortec’s training programmes, reinforcing its focus on employability and technical standards.
