Recoil Aerospace is commencing a strategic partnership with Aero Products of Show Low, Arizona, naming the company an authorised service support centre for Recoil Aerospace products.
Established in 2008, Recoil is a US lightweight carbon fibre composite solutions provider, responsible for the helicopter Tsunami wildfire suppression tanks and Zeus ballistically tolerant auxiliary fuel tanks.
This collaboration further expands Recoil Aerospace's service and support capabilities for operators, providing increased access to certified maintenance, inspection, repair and technical support for Recoil's specialised solutions. The partnership reinforces Recoil's commitment to delivering responsive, reliable and mission-ready support to defence, public safety and commercial customers worldwide.
“Aero Products brings a strong reputation for technical excellence, customer focus and proven aerospace service capability,” states Joseph Rice, president of Recoil Aerospace. “By adding Aero Products as an authorised service support centre, we are strengthening our support network and ensuring government and commercial operators alike have access to timely, trusted service that meets the highest standards of quality, safety and performance.”
As a support centre, Aero Products will perform approved maintenance and service support for Recoil Aerospace equipment in accordance with Recoil's specifications, processes and quality requirements, helping operators maximise their tank's system performance.
“This partnership strengthens our ability to support Recoil operators while continuing to deliver the proactive, reliable and safety-focused service Aero Products is known for,” adds president of Aero Products Mike Hannahs. “Additionally, Recoil equipment will be available for live demonstrations aboard Aero Products' UH-60L demonstrator aircraft, providing operators with a firsthand look at system capability and performance.”
The addition of Aero Products reflects Recoil's continued investment in expanding its authorised support network to meet growing global demand.
Recoil is the only US-based company producing these types of next-generation fuselage-mounted or in-cabin AFSS tanks, in partnership with its Kentucky-based affiliate Aerospace Composites Solutions (ACS) which operates an AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturing facility.
