SureFlight works on interiors along the West Coast
SureFlight's team, led by industry veterans, provide full custom exterior paint to N number changes; luxury interior completion to making a throw rug; and avionics panel overhauls to installation and troubleshooting.
Cabin overhauls are the speciality of SureFlight.

SureFlight Aircraft Completions, a Coatesville, Pennsylvania-based one-stop shop for paint, interior and avionic aircraft completion and refurbishment projects, is opening of its second facility in Springville, Utah, adjacent to the Spanish Fork Municpal airport. This facility specialises in fixed wing and rotorcraft custom interior and upholstery projects.

“Our West Coast aviation interiors operation is the natural evolution of our business to meet growing customer demands across the United States,” says Owen Watkins, co-founder and president, SureFlight Aircraft Completions. “Our Utah custom interiors shop is the first step in a long-term strategic plan to replicate SureFlight's Pennsylvania facilities that also accommodate exterior paint and avionics, on the Spanish Fork airport.”

SureFlight completed its first bi-coastal refurbishment on a Beechcraft 390 Premier jet with full interior, exterior paint and avionics. Its Utah location has begun working with customers in Idaho, Wyoming and regional airports such as SkyPark, Provo, Heber City and Ogden. The company is establishing itself as part of the local community by volunteering to restore a A-26 Invader World War II aircraft, joining FAA enthusiast groups and exhibiting at the Spanish Fork Airport show.

“When looking to expand our geographic footprint, it was imperative to guarantee customers with the same unparalleled talent, precision and quality,” notes DeWitte Binkley, general manager, SureFlight. “Our master upholsterer, Dave Thompson, relocated to Utah and has quickly established convenient local operations to service the local aviation community and double capacity for East Coast customers.”

SureFlight's highly trained team, led by industry veterans, provide full custom exterior paint to N number changes; luxury interior completion to making a throw rug; and avionics panel overhauls to installation and troubleshooting. Customers include regional repair stations, aircraft suppliers, OEMs and direct owner/operators.

SureFlight's facilities accommodate exterior paint, interiors and avionics with: ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 quality certified FAA repair station; temperature-controlled double down draft paint hangar capable of fitting two; S-92 airframes side by side or up to a Hawker 800; interior completion centre equipped with German-made Duerkopp-Adler sewing machines to digital leather skiving machines; and cockpit avionic experts installation and troubleshoot cutting edge navigation, situational awareness, workload reduction and safety technology.
