JetsTime has secured its designation as a Wyvern Wingman-certified operator by achieving Wingman status through the Flight Leader Program with quarterly coaching by Wyvern. This new commitment reflects the company's dedication to rigorous safety standards and operational efficiency at every level. Based in Toluca, Mexico, JetsTime operates a fleet of Hawker and Gulfstream jets for ad hoc charter services.
“Our participation in the Wyvern Flight Leader Program certification has delivered meaningful benefits across our organisation,” says Oscar Morgado, CEO of JetsTime. “Internally, it has strengthened adherence to procedures and introduced an additional layer of compliance that reinforces our commitment to operational discipline. For our clients, the certification provides clear assurance that our processes meet the highest standards of safety and quality. This confidence not only supports stronger operational performance but also enables our continued expansion into new national and international markets. Ultimately, Wyvern helps elevate the level of service we provide, and we remain fully committed to delivering a safe, high-quality experience for our clients, our employees and our organisation.”
The globally recognised Wyvern Wingman standard provides a safety benchmark that allows customers to assess an operator's safety performance against the industry's highest standard when selecting charter services. The scope of the evaluation includes a review and assessment of the organisation's compliance management system, internal evaluation programme, safety management system, human factors management, safety culture analysis, risk management policies, procedures and practices, emergency response plans and training programmes. Through the Wyvern Flight Leader Program, participating operators also receive complimentary access to Wyvern's integrated SMS software, which includes capabilities such as ASAP reporting, FOQA integration, CASS tracking, FRAT, FRMS and other data-driven tools designed to strengthen proactive risk identification and operational oversight.
As part of the Wingman commitment, operators share detailed safety management system and emergency response plan information directly with Wyvern, demonstrating a proactive willingness to provide insight into their safety framework, risk controls and response capabilities. By voluntarily opening their programmes to independent review, Wingman operators affirm their dedication to accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, Wingman members, including JetsTime, are eligible for a complimentary annual safety culture analysis, a comprehensive SMS evaluation and participation in Wyvern's world-class Safety Leader Training Course, further reinforcing their commitment to safety leadership and operational excellence.
“JetsTime's achievement of Wyvern Wingman certification through the Flight Leader Program is a significant accomplishment,” remarks Andrew Day, chief operating officer at Wyvern. “Its ongoing dedication to safety and operational performance demonstrates the level of discipline and professionalism that distinguishes leaders within the aviation industry.”
