HeliDubai secures operation with Centrik 5 management
Centrik 5 will enable key personnel to deploy configurable audit templates, automate follow-up actions and maintain full traceability across safety, training and maintenance. HeliDubai will work closely with TrustFlight.
Centrik 5 will enable key personnel to deploy configurable audit templates, automate follow-up actions and maintain full traceability across safety, training and maintenance.

helidubai has selected TrustFlight's Centrik 5 safety and quality management system (SMS/QMS) and Baines Simmons' documenting authoring and publishing service to strengthen safety, compliance and operational oversight.

Established in 2005, helidubai provides premium helicopter services across the UAE, including private and business charter flights, aerial filming and photography, and a range of sightseeing tours. Based near Dubai International Airport, helidubai operates a fleet of five Airbus H125 helicopters serving high-value travellers, hotels and agents seeking exceptional aerial experiences.

helidubai's decision to adopt Centrik 5 builds on the existing use of the platform within its sister company, Dubai Air Wing, which already leverages Centrik 5 to manage safety, quality and risk. By extending the same digital backbone across both organisations, helidubai intends to use Centrik 5 to support harmonised oversight, shared best practices and a unified approach to safety management.

At helidubai, the mission is to deliver safe, reliable helicopter tours across Dubai's unique and demanding operating environment, with safety as the foundation of every passenger flight. The implementation of Centrik 5 will support the continued development of its SMS/QMS, enhancing real-time risk management and demonstrating a proactive commitment to passenger safety, security and regulatory compliance.

Centrik 5 will enable key personnel to deploy configurable audit templates, automate follow-up actions and maintain full traceability across safety, training and maintenance. In addition, the organisation will be enabled to derive meaningful safety intelligence and proactive compliance through narrative trend detection, heatmaps of recurring hazards and event frequency across tour profiles.

In addition to Centrik 5, helidubai is utilising TrustFlight's Baines Simmons division for advanced document authoring and manual revision services to support the review, authoring and controlled publication of operational manuals. Baines Simmons' document authoring and manual revision service simplifies the complex process of manual updates, from authoring and formatting through to controlled distribution, ensuring a seamless and auditable approach to safety and compliance documentation.

TrustFlight's role as an innovative, reliable software and service provider is to equip specialist operators like helidubai with advanced safety systems and expert services needed to enhance operational efficiency and risk reduction,” says Karl Steeves, CEO at TrustFlight. “By combining Centrik 5 with expert document authoring, we are helping the aerospace industry create a robust, data-driven, digital-first safety management foundation that supports its growth and reinforces regulatory confidence.”
