Duncan Aviation has strengthened its engine operations leadership with the appointment of Scott Stoki as vice president of engine operations.
He succeeds Doug Alleman, who will retire at the end of the year after a 38-year career. The move provides continuity for customers while building on Stoki’s more than two decades of experience across technical and management roles.
The company’s engine services division has experienced sustained growth over the past five years. In his new position, Stoki concentrates on expanding service capabilities, reducing turn-times and refining parts support strategies.
He is exploring broader engine service offerings where viable while supporting workflow efficiencies at the 36,000-square-foot Pratt & Whitney Designated Overhaul Facility. Backshop functions including paint, inspections and test cell operations are being reorganised to streamline processes and return aircraft to service more quickly.
In coordination with Duncan Manufacturing Solutions, he is also enhancing in-house part repairs and strengthening parts sourcing to improve cost control for operators.
“Scott has an unparalleled blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight,” says Mike Minchow, president at Duncan Aviation. “His leadership will be pivotal as we continue to expand our capabilities and deliver the exceptional service our customers have come to expect.”
