HTM smooths the booking processes thanks to Moove
HTM will leverage Moove's platform to support its growing range of operations, including point-to-point corporate travel or shuttle flights for major national and international events such as F1 Grand Prix weekends.

German helicopter operator HTM has entered into a strategic collaboration with Moove, a French aviation technology start-up, to deploy a dedicated digital booking and scheduling platform across its helicopter operations.

This initiative supports HTM's expansion into VIP charter services while strengthening its existing helicopter activities with a technology specifically designed for high-frequency rotorcraft flights, such as instant booking capabilities.

“In helicopter operations, offering a seamless booking experience widens market footprint,” says Jakob Meyer-Bender, director of business development at HTM. “With Moove, we are able to sell flights in one click while digitising flight execution, giving our team a clear operational picture and seamless interaction with demanding clients.”

Across Germany, Europe and Switzerland, HTM's helicopter operations require constant adaptability, with last-minute flight requests and short turnaround times. HTM will integrate, into its newly designed website, branded booking interfaces with door-to-door simulation and centralise passenger management thanks to its customer portal.

HTM will leverage Moove's platform to support its growing range of operations, including point-to-point corporate travel or shuttle flights for major national and international events such as Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends.

“Helicopters operate under very different constraints from fixed-wing aviation, where booking and distribution digitisation is a major game changer,” remarks Arthur Ingles, CEO and co-founder of Moove. “We are proud to push forward innovation together.”

The platform supports HTM's sales and operational teams by enabling optimised rotation planning across multiple rotorcraft, accounting for aircraft availability, flight duration, positioning flights and crew coordination. By supporting both charter and seat-based flight logic, the system enables the pooling of compatible passengers, improving rotorcraft utilisation.

“Our software focuses also on streamlining operations,” comments Antoine Awaida, CTO and co-founder of Moove. “For helicopter operators, it means faster trip creation, an improved rotation planning and better coordination between flight crews, dispatch and passengers.”

From booking to boarding, Moove provides a fully digital passenger journey tailored to HTM's strict processes. By connecting booking, passenger data and mission execution in a single system, HTM strengthens coordination across teams while maintaining the flexibility required in professional rotary-wing aviation.

HTM will present this new digital capability jointly with Moove at AERO Friedrichshafen, along with its helicopter fleet on the aviation fair static display, in April 2026.
