Weins to provide Silver service out of California
In her role at Silver Air, Martha Weins will serve as the primary commercial interface between private jet advisors and the operator marketplace. She will be responsible for sourcing aircraft and negotiating pricing.

Silver Air Private Jets has appointed Martha Weins as aircraft sourcing manager, strengthening the south Californian private aircraft management and charter company's commercial engine and supporting continued growth across its Flight Club membership and on-demand charter business.

Weins brings over a decade of experience across charter brokerage, vendor relations, procurement and member experience within private aviation. She joins Silver Air with a proven ability to source aircraft strategically, negotiate effectively and evaluate trips through both a commercial and operational lens.

Most recently, she served as vice president of vendor relations at Jet Agency, where she led vendor negotiations, refined procurement processes and expanded trusted operator partnerships while maintaining profitability and service consistency. Prior to that, she held roles at Air Partner and Jet Aviation, developing deep expertise in aircraft sourcing, pricing strategy, risk evaluation and real-time trip execution.

In her role at Silver Air, Weins will serve as the primary commercial interface between private jet advisors and the operator marketplace. She will be responsible for sourcing aircraft options, negotiating pricing and terms, evaluating commercial viability and packaging margin-smart solutions that align with Silver Air's safety standards, owner-first philosophy and long-term client value.

“Martha brings a rare combination of market judgment, vendor credibility and operational fluency,” says Brandon Martin, president at Silver Air. “She understands when to push, when to walk away and how to protect both the client experience and the business. We're excited to have her join the team.”

Martha holds extensive experience across Part 135 charter environments and is known for her disciplined approach to procurement, calm decision-making under pressure and commitment to transparency, qualities that align closely with Silver Air's culture and standards.

With this hire, Silver Air continues to invest in talent that reinforces its reputation as a trusted, owner-advocate operator focused on quality over volume and integrity over shortcuts.
