NBAA recognises DeMoor and Swanson as CAM Fellows
The pair will receive the honour for sustained leadership and service within business aviation through the Certified Aviation Manager programme.

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) will recognise two new members of its Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) Fellow Program at the upcoming Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas from 2 to 4 February.

The new honourees are Ryan DeMoor, head of aviation tax at MySky, and Stuart Swanson, chief pilot for S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. They were industry-nominated and selected through a peer-evaluated process.

DeMoor leads the tax vertical within MySky's aviation finance product suite and manages the fully outsourced MySky Managed Tax department. He is a former NBAA tax committee chair and board member of the West Michigan Aviation Academy Foundation.

Swanson oversees a 16-member global flight team operating Falcon 7X and 8X aircraft. He previously led helicopter operations and piloted a Falcon 900B. He currently chairs the Chief Pilots Roundtable and serves as vice chair of the NBAA CAM governing board.

Launched in 2024, the CAM Fellow Program recognises those with ongoing contributions to business aviation and the CAM programme's vision.

“Ryan and Stu exemplify the values of the CAM credential and have distinguished themselves as trusted leaders,” says NBAA’s senior director Tyler Austin.
