Avera is launching a new cloud-based aircraft sales brokerage based in the US. “Unlike traditional brokers who rely on volume, we operate with a controlled, strategy-first approach,” explains founder and CEO Michael Redd II. “Every aircraft is positioned intentionally, marketed through a staged release model and negotiated as if our own capital were at risk.”

The company focuses on light jets and also has experience in the midsize market.

Redd continues: “We have strengthened our team by bringing on individuals with real aviation sales experience while intentionally selecting driven, younger talent with a strong edge and hunger to execute.

“Our ambition for 2026 and beyond is to become one of the fastest-growing aircraft brokerages in the country, beginning with a strong foundation in Ohio and expanding nationally. We aim to differentiate ourselves through modern processes, advanced technology and best-in-class presentation across every aspect of the brokerage process.”
