Leadership reshuffle marks Bombardier’s growth, sales and defence ambitions
The company is positioning its leadership to deliver stronger customer engagement and capitalise on new strategic opportunities.
Paul Sislian now oversees both global aircraft sales and aftermarket services in a combined executive role.

Effective immediately, Bombardier has made four senior leadership appointments aimed at evolving its defence business, deepening customer engagement and pursuing strategic growth.

Paul Sislian has been promoted to executive vice president, aircraft sales and Bombardier aftermarket services. He now oversees both Bombardier’s service network and global aircraft sales for business jets and defence. Sislian has been with the company for 17 years and has led business jet manufacturing operations, aerostructures and aftermarket services.

Sandra Hodgkinson joins as senior vice president, strategy and M&A. She brings more than 14 years of experience from Leonardo DRS as well as senior roles at the U.S. Department of Defense, the White House and the U.S. Department of State. She will lead strategy and corporate development activity across all of Bombardier’s key business areas.

Stephen McCullough becomes executive vice president, engineering, product development and Bombardier Defense. He has spent his entire 36-year career at Bombardier working across aircraft design and flight testing, and his remit now expands to support the company’s defence ambitions.

Mercedes Glockseisen has been appointed senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. She has led Bombardier’s contracts and legal services teams for more than a decade and succeeds Pierre Gagnon, who will retire in June after a transition period as senior vice president special advisor to the CEO.
