Chandler takes on avionics business development at West Star
The role was designed to align internal processes, strategy and service delivery across the company’s avionics operations and customer relationships.

West Star Aviation has promoted Dwayne Chandler to director of avionics business development. Chandler brings over 30 years of experience in business aviation and avionics, with his appointment reflecting the company’s aim to unify its approach to avionics strategy.

The updated structure will streamline internal processes and improve collaboration between teams, while delivering a more consistent experience for customers. West Star believes this will help it better respond to evolving needs and capture new market opportunities.

Marty Rhine, chief sales officer at West Star Aviation, says: “Dwayne is a highly respected industry expert with deep technical knowledge, strong market insight and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. His leadership in this new role will not only add substantial value for West Star Aviation but will also enhance our ability to support our customers effectively.”

Chandler himself adds: “I am incredibly honoured to step into this responsibility at West Star Aviation. Working alongside such an exceptionally talented avionics team is genuinely inspiring and I look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead. Together we will focus on nurturing relationships and delivering innovative solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs in the avionics sector.”
