As head of crew management, Zezia Williams will support training standards and the recruitment of crew as new aircraft join the fleet.
Zezia Williams.

Voluxis, the UK-headquartered charter operator and aircraft management company, has brought in the highly experienced Zezia Williams as its new cabin services director, to oversee its passengers’ onboard experience across the company's growing fleet.

CEO Warren Gravell comments: “Passenger experience is core to our strategy, and we want to not only ensure consistency across the fleet, but for it to continuously be improved. Zezia brings with her close to 20 years’ experience of working in cabin services across the globe, with her roles spanning Latin America, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

“We aim to always be at the forefront of the industry for passenger experience. As Voluxis continues to grow, it is vital that we further develop our service standards across the fleet and ensure that they are scalable as we look to increase the fleet size.”

Williams adds: “As head of crew management I will be supporting training standards across the board, along with the recruitment of new crew, as new aircraft join the fleet. I am looking forward to working with our long-service employees, harnessing their wealth of expertise, to help us to set a global standard.”
