Levchenko to leverage experience as Cutter GM
With more than 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, Slava Levchenko brings a powerful blend of technical skills and leadership to Cutter Aviation, forged in high demand, fast-paced aviation operations.
Slava Levchenko has built a reputation for keeping aircraft mission ready.

Cutter Aviation has named Slava Levchenko as general manager of its Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport MRO facility in Arizona. In this role, Levchenko will oversee daily maintenance operations, support staff development and ensure that aircraft maintenance projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

With more than 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, he brings a powerful blend of technical skills and leadership forged in high demand, fast-paced aviation operations. He has supported and overseen maintenance for on-demand commercial fleets in Part 135 environments and performed and led work through FAA-certified Part 145 repair stations, including heavy maintenance, inspections and complex aircraft servicing. A licensed FAA Airframe & Powerplant mechanic, Levchenko has built a reputation for keeping aircraft mission ready, developing teams and supporting long-term operational success. He is currently completing a bachelor's degree in Business Management at Penn Foster College, strengthening his ability to lead both on the hangar floor and at the organisational level.
