Services include 24/7 operational support, disabled access and free onsite parking. Samson Executive Jet Centre holds Stage II IS-BAH accreditation, reflecting its dedication to safety and operational excellence.

Aerosupport FBO at El Dorado International features two VIP lounges, two corporate conference rooms, a crew lounge, a rest area, showers and a flight planning area. The location provides 24-hour armed security, video surveillance, a private ramp, direct ramp access for private cars and two hangars. Additional services include on-site customs, gourmet catering, fuelling, hotel booking and overflight permit assistance for Colombia, Panama, Central America and Cuba.
