Beyond Aero has revealed the completed feasibility study for its planned aircraft manufacturing site. Developed with Porsche Consulting and Kardham Group, the study outlines the company’s planned factory as a complete aircraft production ecosystem. The site will support the serial production of the world’s first certifiable hydrogen-electric business aircraft and aims to become a hub of employment and innovation.

The facility would support 60 aircraft per year initially, scaling to 120, and create 225 production jobs including technicians, engineers, logistics specialists and hydrogen-electric integration experts. It will also house R&D, programme support and testing teams.

The site will feature a 17,000 sqm final assembly line, a runway-accessible delivery centre, customer showroom, paint shop and modern R&D offices and labs.

Kardham Group’s design promotes energy efficiency and employee well-being. Porsche Consulting contributed its industrial expertise to ensure a safe and scalable production model.

Beyond Aero’s CEO Eloa Guillotin says: “Modelling and testing our hydrogen-electric aircraft was only the first step. We are now building the industrial system capable of delivering it, integrating manufacturing requirements directly into the design.”

Beyond Aero has also flown France’s first manned hydrogen-electric flight, secured more than $1 billion in letters of intent and grown an international team of over 80 aerospace engineers. With over $50 million in funding, it is now evaluating European regions for the site.
