Duncan appoints Richie for Global/Challenger service sales
The Nebraska facility has appointed long-time Global/Challenger team leader Bryce Richie to support Bombardier operators with maintenance planning, project quotes and coordinated service.
Bryce Richie says he has been an aviation enthusiast all his life.

Duncan Aviation has appointed Bryce Richie as Global/Challenger service sales representative at its Lincoln, Nebraska, facility. Richie will focus on supporting the company’s Bombardier customers through maintenance planning, developing project quotes and coordinating service opportunities for Global and Challenger operators.

Richie began his aviation career at Hill Aero Modification Center, where he spent three years working on flight controls and medical modifications. He joined Duncan Aviation in 2016 as part of the flight control team, quickly gaining a reputation for technical skill and consistency. He soon moved to the Global/Challenger programme, progressing to lead technician before spending the past four years as team leader for the Global/Challenger team.

“This new position represents the next step in my career with Duncan Aviation and within the Bombardier programme,” Richie says. “I really enjoy working directly with customers and helping to solve challenges in real time. I look forward to continuing to build relationships and ensure every Bombardier operator has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.”

“Bryce’s extensive technical background and customer-first mindset make him an excellent addition to our service sales team,” Duncan Aviation airframe and engine technical sales manager Troy Nail says. “His years of hands-on experience with Bombardier aircraft give him a unique perspective that our customers will truly value.”
