Republic has irons in the fire at Farmingdale
At Parcel A in Farmingdale, New York, construction is in progress on a new 30,000 sq ft high-quality, energy-efficient hangar located on approximately four acres of land with direct aircraft access to nearby taxiways.

Republic Jet Center, a full-service FBO located at Republic airport in Farmingdale, New York, is developing multiple new facilities as part of a large-scale expansion that will redefine the private aviation experience in New York. The multi-parcel project, already underway, includes over 100,000 sq ft of hangar and FBO space. The project is expected to be completed in 2026.

At Parcel A, construction is in progress on a new 30,000 sq ft high-quality, energy-efficient hangar located on approximately four acres of land with direct aircraft access to nearby taxiways. The project also includes realignment of the existing airport loop road, converting the property into valuable airside access space.

At Parcels B and C, Republic Jet Center will build its flagship FBO facility and corporate hangar complex, featuring over 60,000 sq ft of open hangar space and 16,000 sq ft of premium FBO amenities, including a modern lobby, passenger and crew lounges, reception areas and tenant offices. This new flagship facility will also include over 19 acres of corporate aircraft ramp space, providing expanded parking and operational capacity for a growing client base.

Additionally, at Parcel D, RJC is planning a new tie-down facility designed to accommodate more than 90 small aircraft across seven acres, enhancing accessibility for general aviation customers.

“This expansion represents an exciting step forward for Republic Jet Center,” says Garry Madolid, president of Republic Jet Center. “We're investing in the future of private aviation at Republic Airport, creating a more efficient, modern and welcoming environment for aircraft owners, crews and passengers.”

With construction already underway at Parcel A and completion targeted for 2026, Republic Jet Center's expansion underscores its commitment to growth, sustainability and exceptional service for the New York aviation community.
