Freeman strengthens network with Texas Aero acquisition
Freeman Holdings Group has expanded its U.S. FBO presence after purchasing Texas Aero at Waco Regional Airport, which has become Freeman Jet Center Waco and joined the Avfuel Network.
The rebranded Freeman Jet Center Waco will retain its experienced team while adding new equipment and a hangar to boost capacity.

Freeman Holdings Group has expanded its fixed-base operator network through the acquisition of Texas Aero at Waco Regional Airport. The purchase, effective October 30, includes the full-service FBO, which has been rebranded as Freeman Jet Center Waco. Texas Aero Jet Sales will continue to operate independently under its existing ownership.

The addition brings Freeman Holdings Group’s FBO portfolio to 24 locations under the Freeman Jet Center, Million Air and ACI Jet brands. CEO Scott Freeman says, “We enthusiastically welcome the Texas Aero team into the Freeman Holdings Group family. Texas Aero has built a strong reputation in the Waco aviation community for its service excellence and customer focus. By adding this established location to our network, we continue our commitment to providing outstanding FBO experiences across the Lone Star State and beyond.”

Under Freeman Holdings Group ownership, the location will retain its experienced staff while adding new equipment to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. A new hangar is also being developed to increase capacity for based and transient aircraft. As part of the Avfuel Network, Freeman Jet Center Waco will continue to offer AVTRIP rewards, competitive Avfuel Contract Fuel rates and Pro Card convenience for streamlined payment of fuel and non-fuel purchases.
