Duncan welcomes Carroll and Ehrenfried to aircraft sales team
James Carroll and Kirsten Ehrenfried have joined Duncan's aircraft sales and acquisitions division, expanding expertise across EMEA and strengthening analytical support for clients worldwide.
Carroll brings over 20 years of aviation experience and multilingual fluency to strengthen Duncan Aviation’s EMEA presence.

Duncan Aviation has added two new professionals to its aircraft sales and acquisitions team. James Carroll joins as a key member based in London, bringing more than two decades of aviation experience and fluency in English, Spanish and French. He will enhance the company’s presence in the EMEA region, working alongside Tim Barber, aircraft sales and acquisitions and Glyn Tookey, regional manager for EMEA and India.

Carroll’s aviation career began at Gatwick Airport in 2001 before progressing to Heathrow Airport, where he became the youngest duty manager at Terminal 4. He later joined Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), advancing to director of business development for Western Europe and most recently served as head of MRO sales at Gama Aviation. His expertise spans maintenance programmes, aircraft values and transactions.

“I have been approached several times with regards to being involved in aircraft sales but until now it has never felt like the right time,” says Carroll. “Duncan Aviation is an internationally recognised, massively trusted and respected brand that aligns with my principles and ethos. There is no other company I would rather represent in this role, so it became a very simple and easy decision to join and one that I could just not pass up!”

Kirsten Ehrenfried joins as market research analyst, providing detailed data and analysis to support informed buying and selling decisions. A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, she brings a background in sales, marketing and client relations. Her structured approach and attention to detail will strengthen the team’s ability to deliver strategic insights for clients.
