Signature Aviation has expanded its network through the acquisition of Fort Lauderdale Executive Jet Center, a premier private aviation terminal at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE) in Florida. The facility offers personalised hospitality, full aircraft support and access to key business and leisure destinations in south Florida.

The agreement will enhance Signature’s service offering across one of the most active private aviation regions in the US. FXE officially joined Signature’s global network of more than 200 locations in 27 countries on 31 October 2025.

“We're excited to welcome Fort Lauderdale Executive Jet Center into the Signature family and network,” says Tony Lefebvre, chief executive officer, Signature Aviation. “Our focus on elevating every moment for our guests is at the forefront of everything we do, and we're excited to expand our network access in south Florida with our Signature hospitality, service and team member experience.”

The acquisition includes the 10,000 sq ft main terminal, over 100,000 sq ft of hangar and office space, and 15 acres of land. The site joins Signature’s other south Florida destinations, including Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, Miami International, Miami Executive, Opa-Locka Executive and Palm Beach International airports.

“Lynda and I are pleased to welcome Signature to FXE,” says Marshall Myles, chief executive officer, Fort Lauderdale Jet Center. “We're looking forward to seeing how it continues to grow this location and build on the 25 year history of Fort Lauderdale Executive Jet Center.”

In the coming months, Signature will collaborate with the Fort Lauderdale Executive Jet Center team on branding and site plans, ensuring a smooth transition for guests and staff. It also plans to modernise the terminal to further enhance operations and strengthen the facility’s capabilities.
