This transition brings Honeywell's long-standing Sky Connect offerings under SkyTrac's stewardship, reinforcing SkyTrac's position as a trusted provider of end-to-end connectivity solutions for operators around the world. SkyTrac and Honeywell are working closely together to ensure a smooth and transparent transition for all Sky Connect customers, and this process will take place on a rolling basis over the next several months, with ongoing communication and support at every step.

“Sky Connect has a long history in aviation, and we're proud to play a part in carrying that legacy forward,” says Shane Sullivan, VP, operations at SkyTrac. “Our focus right now is on keeping things steady for customers. Nothing about how you operate or how you're supported will change overnight. SkyTrac will provide clear, direct communication to each customer outlining transition timelines and points of contact, while both companies remain fully aligned in ensuring a seamless continuation of service. We're excited about what this means for operators and the possibilities it opens for innovation down the line.”

By bringing this product family into its portfolio, SkyTrac ensures that Sky Connect customers will continue to receive the same reliability and performance they have always depended on, now backed by SkyTrac's commitment to innovation and long-term customer support.

This strategic acquisition underscores SkyTrac's ongoing investment in innovation and its commitment to providing aviation operators with robust, future-proof solutions designed to enhance safety, efficiency and operational awareness.
