Olson is the latest executive to join growing TAO
Ryan Olson brings nearly two decades of experience spanning aircraft management, operations, account management and sales. He joins TAO following eight years as sales director for Jet Aviation's aircraft division.

The Aviation Office (TAO) has appointed Ryan Olson as client advisory director, marking a step in the firm's expansion within aircraft management consultation services.

Olson brings nearly two decades of experience spanning aircraft management, operations, account management and sales. He joins TAO following eight years as sales director for Jet Aviation's aircraft management division, where he led aircraft management sales, developed long-term client partnerships and oversaw programmes that ensured both operational and financial efficiency.

“Our vision has always been to serve as a client advocate throughout the ownership experience, not just at the point of transaction,” says Dan Kilkeary, managing member of TAO. “TAO was built to be an extension of the family office, a trusted partner that brings greater commitment, depth and foresight. Ryan's appointment as client advisory director speaks directly to that mission.”

Olson began his aviation career conducting air mobility operations across Southwest Asia on behalf of the US military. He went on to hold roles with Bombardier Skyjet and Landmark Aviation, developing a reputation as a trusted advisor to aircraft owners, executives and flight departments alike. At TAO, he will draw on his long-standing industry relationships to enhance the firm's advisory, acquisition and brokerage services, bringing additional depth and continuity to the client experience.

Since its inception in early 2025, TAO has maintained a sharp focus on its long-term mission, to deliver tailored advisory, acquisition and transaction services to a discerning global client base. The launch of its aircraft management oversight capability marks the next step in that journey, expanding the firm's ability to support owners through every stage of aircraft ownership while removing the complexities of operational management.

Olson's addition follows the recent appointments of Nicholas Antonucci as sales director and Jim Morford as director of research strategy, as TAO continues to build a dynamic team of aviation professionals committed to elevating the client experience.
