Jet Out expands fleet and guarantees commitment to passengers
Jet Out adds nine CJ4 Gen2s to its fleet of eight, and more will come in 2026. It has also launched real-time maintenance data and aircraft backup initiatives with Textron and Charter Flight Support.
Jet Out has already taken delivery of three Citation CJ4 Gen2s in 2025, with three more scheduled before year end and an additional six firm orders slated for delivery in 2026.

Jet Out continues to execute its nationwide growth strategy, reporting substantial progress under its ongoing fleet order with Textron Aviation. The company has already taken delivery of three Citation CJ4 Gen2 aircraft in 2025, with three more scheduled before year’s end and an additional six firm orders slated for delivery in 2026. These aircraft are expected to expand Jet Out’s fleet to 11 CJ4 Gen2 aircraft by year-end 2025 and to 17 by the close of 2026.

Two of these new aircraft will be positioned at Jet Out’s recently announced Dallas-Fort Worth base, reinforcing an expanding national presence across the Upper Midwest, Southwest, North Central Texas and South Florida.

Jet Out continues to scale its fleet and network of bases in tandem,” says CEO Joseph Crivello. “Each CJ4 Gen2 added to our fleet enhances our ability to deliver a consistent, owner-first experience. A modern, uniform fleet allows us to consistently deliver the reliability and performance that clients expect from one of North America’s fastest growing light jet operators.”

The company is deploying an initiative to gather real-time maintenance insights from its Citation CJ4 Gen 2 fleet, streaming aircraft health and performance data every 30 minutes to in-house maintenance and OEM support teams – an optimal frequency for predictive maintenance analytics.

The onboard AReS (Aircraft Recording System) captures more than 12,000 parameters at 80 samples per second, producing a detailed data set. Every 30 minutes, maintenance, technology and support teams translate this data into a near real-time fleet snapshot, enabling faster diagnostics, quicker parts response and more informed decision-making across the CJ4 platform. On track to surpass 8,000 Citation CJ4 fleet hours in 2025, Jet Out leverages its operational scale and the unique insights gained from high-utilisation flying.

This approach delivers predictive reliability, faster issue resolution and actionable insights across the fleet. Combining operator-generated data with OEM technical expertise enhances reliability, efficiency and dispatch performance.

“Given the scale of Jet Out’s fleet and the comprehensive detail captured by the AReS system, we can deliver operational insights at an unmatched frequency and depth,” says COO Matt Wild. “We’re transforming these insights into predictive tools that enhance reliability and efficiency throughout the Citation CJ4 community.”

It has also launched Jet Out Mission Complete in collaboration with Charter Flight Support and Falcon MGA insurance, to guarantee a commitment to passengers travelling via its co-ownership, co-lease or charter programmes.

In the event of unforeseen disruptions such as mechanical issues or pilot illness, Jet Out swiftly arranges alternative aircraft or crew at no additional cost. This commitment extends across Jet Out bases at Milwaukee, Scottsdale, Fort Lauderdale and Dallas-Fort Worth.

Jet Out Mission Complete highlights our unwavering dedication to reliability and client satisfaction,” says VP revenue Gordon Cameron. “It embodies our core values of transparency, trust and proactive support, providing clients with absolute peace of mind.”

“At Charter Flight Support, we see behind every delay the opportunity to restore service and build trust,” adds CEO Josh Allen. “We step in seamlessly behind the scenes to source backup aircraft, ensuring that even when unforeseen events occur, passenger journeys continue smoothly. Our goal is clear: transform unexpected disruptions into seamless solutions, allowing travellers to book with complete confidence.”
